After moving to Ohio from Pennsylvania, I was nervous about finding the right dentist who was as great as the one I went to all my life. Dr. Gray and his team are FANTASTIC and always make me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my whole visit. They are honestly a better office/team than my original one, and I always look forward to my next visit. If you are looking for a new dentist in the area, I strongly recommend Dr. Gray.

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and was very thankful I chose this place after my much-needed cleaning today. Everyone has amazing bedside manner from the receptionist to Dr. Grey himself. They were compassionate and understanding and exercised an excellent trauma-informed care approach. As someone who is very anxious about medical procedures, I felt safe in spite of the pain and uncomfortable sensations that come with deep cleanings.

I highly recommend Dr. Grey and his staff. They are warm, inviting, and friendly while being educational and sincere about your dental health.

I look forward to seeing them in three months!

I can’t express enough how genuinely delighted I am every time I get to come here. That’s how I think of it - I GET to come here, like it’s a fun day trip. Imagine that; a trip to the dentist feeling fun! The energy in this office is outstanding, everyone here is kind, patient, and understanding, and they work with you to get you exactly what you need. I chose this office because of the amazing reviews they had and the visit did not disappoint. For context haven’t been to the dentist in 7 years nor much of my adult life, and was nervous of the cleaning. While it wasn’t the most fun because of all of the build up I have accumulated over the years, they were great at keeping it fun. Laughter really is the best medicine, and the numbing stuff helped! Doctor Gray was also very nice and explained things in an encouraging way! First time I have ever made a 6 month follow up visit! Even the front desk was a pleasure!

The staff are all very nice very professional and they do a good job and they are good at making you comfortable through the process. Dr Gray is kind & patient, and lightens things up. He made sure that the retainer fit well & was comfortable.

I was very nervous when I went to the office not knowing what was gonna happen they were very nice pleasant people calmed me downAnd explained everything they were gonna do. I actually had my tooth extracted because it broke. That’s why I was in so much pain!!! Thank you very much for being so gentle and kind to me. I am going to go back and get my teeth cleaned it was such a great experience this will be my new dentist office. Also when I called the lady was very nice and called me right back with an appointment!

Dr. Gray and good staff are the best I've ever experienced. He's capable and his focus on a pain free and stress free visit is obvious. I'm over 50 and very uncomfortable with dentists. He's the best in my book and will be my dentist moving forward. His staff is equally as competent and caring. I'm glad I found them.

Staff was so helpful and pleasant. All paperwork was completed prior to my arrival so I just went straight into the appointment. I historically do not love going to the dentist, but the staff made it a pleasant experience for me and my children. I truly appreciate this office and ask the hard work they put into each patient.

“Severe” doesn’t even begin to describe my anxiety regarding dentists! This office is amazing. Had an upper wisdom tooth removed today by Dr. Gray and it literally took seconds. I honestly think I probably could’ve done it without my anxiety medication! Have I been cured of my dentist phobia?!

Every single employee was so friendly and took the time with me to explain things that were going on and what was needed to be done. (From the time I walked in to the time I left). Hated going to the dentist, but when I left here I actually can’t wait to go back for the next step on getting my teeth back to how they should be!

I had to bring my daughter in on account of an abscess tooth. Since she is young, she was very difficult and nervous when she heard she needed to have the tooth pulled. The staff here dealt with her like saints. They were all kind and patient, and I know dealing with my child was frustrating for me, they handled it all with gentleness and grace. I can't express how appreciative I am of the women that work here. I am grateful for your patience and positive attitudes towards my child in a frustrating situation.

I wish there was a way to give them 6 stars! Being in the Army and traveling all over the world, I have been to many dentists in my life. This is the FIRST time that I didn't even feel the shot. Amazing work, and done in a timely manner. Not to mention that everyone on the entire staff is friendly, compassionate and just plain fun to be around. As long as they are open, I will never look for another dentist again!
